Kontextual helps you capture the people you meet by talking to Konny, scanning a business card, sharing a digital card, or collecting sign-ups at an event, then follow up with the right context at the right time.
Konny is how you capture context while it is fresh. Say what happened the way you would tell a friend. You review what Konny organizes before anything is saved.
Take a photo of a card in the app. We extract name, title, company, and contact details so you can review and save them. OCR can misread a card, so always review before saving. Scanned images are deleted after you save or discard the contact. See our Privacy Policy for how scanning is processed.
Contacts, notes, and tags in your account are private and never published. We don't sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising. Sign-in uses a one-time email code, and we don't store passwords. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Yes, by design. Anyone with a card link or QR code can see the profile you choose to publish. We never show your stored email or phone on a public card. Capture forms let people submit into one of your lists. Contacts you keep in your account stay private.
Yes. Export contacts from a list or your full contact list as CSV. You can create as many digital cards as you need and mark one as primary. Follow-up reminders can be set on a contact or in bulk across a list.
Team seats and shared workspaces are not available. Kontextual keeps contacts, notes, Lists, and follow-ups in your individual account. Capture on mobile, then review your own context on the web.
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store. Manage or cancel in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals. Refunds are handled by Apple.
There isn't an in-app delete option yet. Email privacy@kontextual.app from your account email and we'll delete your account and associated data within a reasonable time. Until then, your data stays in your account if you stop using Kontextual.
