The way we meet people has changed. We meet through work, school, communities, events, group chats, social platforms, and introductions that cross cities and continents. Our networks have grown larger, but the tools we use to understand them have barely changed.
The Rolodex became the phone book. The phone book moved onto our phones. But it still only remembers names and numbers.

Our relationships now live across contact lists, inboxes, calendars, social platforms, notes, and memory. The information exists, but the context that gives it meaning is scattered.
A larger network should not mean weaker relationships.
